September 20, 20102010 Winner of Northcoast Canvas' feature project.
Boat: 1995 Sea Ray 400 Express Cruiser Project: Canvas Conversion to the arch, all new Cockpit Upholstery, all new Interior Upholstery.
Objective: Update canvas style from Convertable Top to a Bimini while keeping the original sporty look. Take canvas from stand-alone frame, below the arch, to a zippered track system on the arch in order to eliminate leakage created by the original factory design. Replace all glass forward of the arch with 60 gauge Polycarbonate using snapless welt. Attach Aft Curtain to the arch using a zippered valance system. Update and replace all exterior and interior upholstery.
